Everything You Need to Know

How are you different from other self defense trainers?

Many self defense training sessions cover information too quickly and are filled with complex movements that are difficult to remember, let alone actually use in a crisis.  My classes will provide you with the necessary tools for self protection that don't involve complex moves.  We teach techniques that can be easily remembered and applied when a dangerous situation is encountered.

Who are the classes for?

Classes are for individuals ages 15 and up that want to learn about self defense and protection.  I strongly encourage high school students, college students, and individuals that want to be better prepared to protect themselves and their loved ones.

What are the classes like?

The classes will involve teaching and discussing with students about situational awareness, self protection, and basic self defense techniques.  You will learn how to apply the self defense techniques through a hands on approach.  Students will be working one on one with each other and instructors.

Do I have to be physically fit to attend?

Our classes are designed for all levels of physical fitness. However, students must be mentally competent, in good health, and have no disability or medical conditions which would make participating in physical activities inadvisable. There is light exercise, stretching and striking of pads using martial arts movements.
